KCC Crisis Support Card Child and Young Person

Kent County Council, in collaboration with the Kent and Medway Clinical Commissioning Group have prepared newly designed 'Crisis Support Cards', which can be shared with anybody struggling with their mental health and who could benefit from quick and local support. You can also use the cards to start a conversation with someone about their mental health, as we know that having the chance to open up to someone is often the first step towards positive action in improving wellbeing.
