Public Meetings

All Parish Council meetings are held in the Dunkirk Village Hall, Main Hall, and are open to the public, although it is at the Chairman's discretion if individuals are allowed to pass comment. At every Full Council meeting (normally third Monday in the month, bank holidays excepted) there is an Agenda item for Public Participation.
The Annual Parish Meeting is normally held at the Dunkirk Village Hall in May. This is not a Parish Council meeting but one for the electorate and is a "Public Meeting" in every sense. This can be followed by a separate Parish Council Meeting.
